Shipping & Returns
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders. All U.S. orders are shipped through USPS and will be delivered by your mailman or to your p.o. box. Packages are shipped same or next day after the order is placed (excluding Sat., Sun., and holidays). Shipping transit time is usually between 2 to 5 days depending on your location in the U.S.
- Packages are not insured, but can be upgraded:
*Priority mail with package insurance is determined by package weight. Prices will generate for you during the checkout process. Priority packages should arrive to you within 2 to 3 days, but these delivery times are not guaranteed.
*Express mail with package insurance will be shipped the same day only if orders are placed Mon. – Fri. by 9am CST. Express orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday as long as it is not a holiday and the post office is open. Express packages will arrive to you within 1-2 days. Guaranteed delivery is 2 days. Prices will generate for you during the checkout process.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrectly addressed or damaged packages after we drop off our packages off at the post office and obtain our receipt. You will receive an with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
- We ship to Canada using USPS priority mail. All packages shipped to Canada are a flat rate of $25. It doesn’t matter how many items you have, purchase as many as you’d like for $25! We are not responsible for any tariffs, taxes, or customs fees. All international fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- If you do not enter the billing address that is on file with your bank, we will hold your order until further verification is received in order to protect our customers.
- Make sure you enter the correct delivery address. If we have to ship out your package again, it will include a shipping fee determined by the weight of your package.
RETURN POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS
Your item didn’t work out? We’re here to help! We offer Store credit for returns. We do not offer exchanges on returns as we do not know if the item or your size will be available at that time. We do not issue refunds, but our store credit doesn’t expire! Please read the return policy & instructions below before returning you item

- Any item that is Final Sale or exceeds 20% off of the original purchase price is also considered Final Sale. No exceptions.
- The term "Final Sale" means an item cannot be retuned or exchanged.
- All returns must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The only items that are non-returnable include jewelry and undergarments such as bralettes, etc.
- Returns will be applied as store credit to your account. The amount applied will be the original purchase price minus our shipping costs. In order for us to offer free shipping and great prices we apologize that we aren’t able to pay return shipping.
- Original tags MUST BE attached. Unwashed, unworn, and unaltered items may be returned. If an item is returned with makeup stains, damaged, smells of perfume or smoke, appears worn or washed, is received beyond 14 days from the order date, or was a Final Sale item, then the item will not be accepted. We will contact you to see if you’d like to pay for the item to be shipped back to you.
- Shoes must be in the original box with original packing inside the shoes & box. Shoes must shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box or shipping bag.
- Seasonal Gift Purchases: Orders placed after November 15th - Extended Return Date: Returns must be received by January 10th to receive store credit.
SHIPPING BACK YOUR ORDER:
- Please make sure you have reviewed our return policy above before shipping back your order.
- You may return your item with the shipping carrier of your preference.
- You must include your packing slip in your return.
- Feel free to ship back your item in our packages if at all possible.
- Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box or bag. Please DO NOT affix shipping labels to the shoe box itself.
- We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.
- All returns will be processed within 3-7 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once processed.

Please inspect merchandise as soon as you receive it
We inspect every single item before shipping, but if we missed something please let us know!
- If you received a defective item, you must contact us within 3 days at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the defect so that we can address the issue. There will be no exceptions after you’ve had the merchandise for 3 days, have worn or washed it, or removed the tags.
- We do not consider slight color variances as a defective item. We do our best to display merchandise colors as accurately as possible.
