Sassy Pink Boutique LLC products contain small parts and could potentially become choking hazards. We recommend never leaving your child unattended while using our products.
Sassy Pink Boutique LLC diaper cakes are not to be handled by children. The cake toppers are recommended for children 3+ as they contain small parts.
Hair clippies should be taken out of your child’s hair and tutus removed before naps and bed time. Please do not let your child have access to the clippies and tutus while unattended. Check the clippies and tutus frequently for wear and tear.
Discontinue use of bath products if irritation occurs.
Our products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order with us you agree that Sassy Pink Boutique LLC accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products and waive any and all claims against Sassy Pink Boutique LLC and or its agents or assigns. All remedies and recoveries are limited to the value of the product received.

We accept all major credit cards through paypal. You do not need to have a paypal account to order. All orders will be processed once payment is finalized.

Shipping/ Handling
We ship USPS, items generally take 1-2 weeks for delivery. If you prefer another type of shipping, let us know. We recommend delivery confirmation and insurance, may be purchased under our shipping options page. Shipping and handling fees are calculated upon checkout. Shipping/handling charges are based on amount ordered:
Please email for international, Alaska and Hawaii orders. Shipping costs will be higher.
We are not responsible for shipping costs if an item is returned to us due to a wrong shipping address (address provided by the customer).
Washington residents will be charged according to the new destination tax law. Please email before placing your order so I know the proper tax amount to charge you!
Pick Ups/ Delivery
For safety reasons we do not allow for pick ups nor residential deliveries. We do not profit from the shipping, the prices are based on handling and shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding.
Returns
Each of our items is hand-made and at Sassy Pink boutique we stand behind the quality of our work. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and we will review complaints on a case by case basis. In store credit will only be given if the product is unused and in original packaging. We are not responsible for any shipping costs. There are no returns for personally customized items. There are NO returns for bath products!
