The tutus are knotted in a way that they should never fall apart. Taking good care of the tutu and hanging it up when not in use will ensure a longer lasting wrinkle free tutu. If the tutu does become wrinkled, simply finger comb the tutu out and hang in the bathroom for a little steam therapy! Spot clean as needed. What sizes are the tutus? TOP

All sizes are approximations, if you're concerned about the tutu fitting properly we can work from exact measurements. The waist is made with elastic so it will stretch with your child. Portrait length (22'') is available at an additional charge.
What type of clips are used for the hair clips? TOP
We use single prong alligator pinch clips for the hair clippies. We do not offer any other style of clip at this time. The clips are available as partially or fully lined.
The clips are attached to a bow card and sealed in a small plastic bag for safe travels.
Are the diaper cakes completely usable? TOP
YES! Any new mom will love our diaper cakes. Each cake contains Pampers size one diapers as well as receiving blankets. Some cakes contain bottles and some an animal topper. The animal toppers are recommended for ages 3+ We can replace the animal topper with a bottle upon request. As stated in our disclaimer the diaper cakes should not be handled by children. Can my order be gift wrapped? TOP
At this time we do not offer specialized gift wrapping. The diaper cakes, milkshakes, lollipops, candies, and hair clips already come to you beautifully gift wrapped in cello, ribbon or boxes, perfect for gift giving as is.
How long will my order take? TOP
All of our products are handmade when your order is placed. We will try and ship your order as soon as possible, usually 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that we do not start filling your order until the payment is finalized. Shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks. Keep these times in mind when placing your order. Onsies and bath bombs may take up to two weeks to complete. What type of shipping do you offer and what is the cost? TOP
We ship USPS, items generally take 1-2 weeks for delivery. If you prefer another type of shipping, let us know. We recommend delivery confirmation and insurance, may be purchased under our shipping options page. Shipping and handling fees are calculated upon checkout. We are not responsible for shipping costs if an item is returned to us due to a wrong shipping address (address provided by the customer).

Each of our items is hand-made and at Sassy Pink boutique we stand behind the quality of our work. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and we will review complaints on a case by case basis. In store credit will only be given if the product is unused and in original packaging. We are not responsible for any shipping costs. There are no returns for personally customized items. There are NO returns for bath products!

With summer comes the risk of candles melting in-transit--in particular, the container candles and tart melts, which use a softer wax. Please keep this in mind when ordering, especially if you're in a very warm climate, and your package might be sitting in the sun before you get home.
